Catalogue Pilot Professional catalogue workspace

Legal

Terms of Service

Effective version: 2026-07-20

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms form an agreement between you and AK Frames (the “Application Developer”) for use of SellerFlow Central (the “Application”). By accepting these Terms or continuing after a required update, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorised to act for each Account, Workspace and Etsy shop you access. You are responsible for account accuracy, protecting credentials and activity performed by users you invite or authorise.

3. Application purpose

The Application provides seller-authorised catalogue and inventory management, listing and image updates, CSV import/export, controlled bulk operations, synchronisation, sales reporting and transactional notifications. Where approved and authorised, sales features may display revenue, order totals, quantities sold, top-selling listings and sales trends for the connected seller's shop.

4. Etsy authorisation and permissions

A seller connects a shop through Etsy OAuth and reviews the requested permissions on Etsy. The Application never requires the seller's Etsy password. Catalogue functions require listing and shop permissions. Order and sales reporting requires the seller to approve the transactions_r permission. An existing connection may need to be re-authorised before sales features become available.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Use the Application only for legitimate seller activity and within the Account, Workspace and Etsy permissions granted to you.
  • Review affected listing counts, prices, inventory, titles, tags, images and status changes before confirming bulk operations.
  • Ensure products and listing content comply with Etsy policies and applicable law.
  • Do not scrape Etsy, bypass security, manipulate engagement, send spam, divert transactions away from Etsy or infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not use order or buyer information for unrelated marketing, profiling, resale or disclosure.
  • Do not upload malware, another person's credentials or content you are not authorised to use.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorised access or data exposure.

6. Bulk updates and automation

Bulk updates and automation can affect many listings. The Application provides validation, queue, progress and retry controls, but you remain responsible for the instructions you submit and for reviewing results. Test new workflows on a small group first.

7. Orders, revenue and sales reports

Sales figures are calculated from data returned by Etsy and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted by refunds, fees, tax, currency conversion or Etsy processing. Reports are provided for operational guidance and are not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for validating figures against Etsy and your official financial records.

8. Transactional email

The Application may send registered users account verification, password reset, requested report, security and synchronisation messages. It does not use Etsy buyer information to send Catalogue Pilot marketing or unrelated promotional email.

9. Data rights and licence

You retain rights you have in content you provide. You grant the Application Developer a limited right to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Application and comply with law. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, including catalogue, order and transaction data; how it is used and secured; retention; sharing; and user controls. It is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Disconnection and preserved history

Disconnecting a shop stops future Etsy API operations and disables its active credentials. It does not delete the Etsy shop or listings on Etsy. Historical catalogue, order, report and audit records may remain preserved for operational continuity, security and legal obligations. Account closure or deletion requests must be submitted through Support and are handled safely rather than by destructive self-service deletion.

12. Support

Support is available at admin@prelogex.com. Provide accurate, non-sensitive details. Never email passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys or shared secrets.

13. Access model and fees

Access may be limited to approved or invited users. Any broader public release, paid service or material change in purpose may require updated terms, privacy disclosures and Etsy approval. Applicable fees, if introduced, will be disclosed before they apply.

14. Availability and changes

The Application depends on Etsy's API and other third-party infrastructure. Features may be changed, limited or suspended for security, legal, API, quality or operational reasons. Etsy may change or discontinue its API independently of the Application Developer.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for security risk, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of Etsy data, violation of Etsy policies or conduct that could harm Etsy, its members, the Application or other users.

16. Independent application disclaimer

This Application is solely provided by AK Frames. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not provide the Application and make no warranties regarding the Application or data accessed through it.

17. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Application Developer does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, increased sales, search placement, listing compliance or continued availability of any Etsy API feature.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost sales, loss of data, changes made from user instructions, Etsy account action, or interruption or change of the Etsy API. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and rules that apply to you. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through Support.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Application, legal requirements or Etsy API obligations change. Material updates may require renewed acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application and disconnect your shops.
