Terms of Service

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms form an agreement between you and AK Frames (the “Application Developer”) for use of SellerFlow Central (the “Application”). By selecting the acceptance checkboxes or continuing after a required update, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must have authority to act for each business, workspace and shop you access. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for all activity performed through your account or authorized workspace members.

3. Application purpose

The Application provides seller-authorized catalogue management, listing synchronization, inventory and image management, CSV import/export, controlled bulk updates, automation and operational tracking. Seller-insight features are available only where Etsy has confirmed in writing that the relevant data use is covered by the approved Application Purpose. Features may change to remain compatible with Etsy's API, applicable law and approved application purposes.

4. Etsy authorization

You connect a shop through Etsy OAuth. You must use an Etsy account authorized to grant access to that shop. The Application never requires your Etsy password. You may revoke access on Etsy and may use the Application's Disconnect & delete data feature to remove the local connection and catalogue copy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Use the Application only for legitimate Etsy-member activity and within the permissions granted to you.
• Review bulk changes, affected listing counts, prices, inventory, titles, tags, images and status changes before confirming them.
• Ensure products and listing content comply with Etsy's Creativity Standards, Prohibited Items Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Anti-Discrimination Policy and applicable laws.
• Do not use the Application to scrape Etsy, bypass security, manipulate ratings, reviews, views or engagement, send spam, divert transactions away from Etsy, or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not upload malware, credentials belonging to another person, or content you are not authorized to use.
• Protect your Application credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

6. Bulk updates and automation

Bulk updates and automation can affect many listings. The Application provides review, queue, progress and retry controls, but you remain responsible for the instructions you submit and for verifying results. Start with small test groups when using a new workflow.

7. Listing Health and Keyword Library

These features are disabled by default and may be enabled only after Etsy confirms in writing that the seller-specific data use is covered by the approved Application Purpose. When approved and enabled, they are limited to the authorized seller's own catalogue and must not be represented as Etsy search volume, ranking, demand, traffic, trend or competitor intelligence. They do not guarantee sales, visibility or compliance.

8. Data rights and licence

You retain rights you have in content you provide. You grant the Application Developer a limited right to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Application and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for all uploaded or synchronized content.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the information collected, how seller-authorized Etsy data is used and secured, retention, sharing and user controls. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Support

Support is available at admin@prelogex.com. Please provide accurate, non-sensitive details about the issue. Never email passwords, access tokens or shared secrets.

11. Fees

The current Personal Access deployment is not offered as a general public paid service. Any future fees, broader commercial availability or material change in purpose may require updated Application Terms and Etsy approval before release.

12. Availability, changes and discontinuation

The Application depends on Etsy's API and other third-party infrastructure. Features may be changed, limited or suspended to address security, legal, API, quality or operational requirements. Etsy may change or discontinue its API independently of the Application Developer.

If the Application Developer decides to discontinue the Etsy API-backed service, affected users will be given notice, continued support and reasonable transition information for the notice period required by the Etsy API Terms, unless Etsy requires or permits a shorter period for security, compliance or termination reasons.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for security risks, non-payment where applicable, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of Etsy data, violation of Etsy policies or conduct that could harm Etsy, its members, the Application or other users. On termination, you must stop using the Application and any unauthorized data.

14. Required application warranty disclaimer

Disclaimer: This Application is solely provided by AK Frames (the “Application Developer”). You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the Application Developer, do not provide the Application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Application or data accessed through it.

15. Additional warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Application Developer does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, increased sales, search placement, listing compliance or continued availability of any Etsy API feature.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost sales, loss of data, changes made from user instructions, Etsy account action, or interruption or change of the Etsy API. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and rules that apply to you. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through the support contact below.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Application, legal requirements or Etsy API obligations change. Material updates may require renewed click-through acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application and disconnect your shops.
